چکیده
BackgroundThe prevalence of atopic dermatitis (AD) and allergic or irritant contact has been increasing significantly in the general population. Interleukin- 4 (IL-4), interleukin-6 (IL-6), immunoglobulin E (IgE) play a key role pathogenesis AD. Physalis angulata (PA) leaves reportedly have anti-inflammatory effects by impeding IL-4, IL-6, IgE. This study aimed to evaluate effect PA leaf extract cream on IgE using 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) induce AD-like skin inflammation mice model. MethodsThis used an experimental design involving 30 BALB/c mice, that were randomized into 3 groups: 1) control group receiving no treatment; 2) Vehicle treatment vehicle preparation; 3) 10% after induction DNCB. After days, tissue samples extracted from lesions measure IL-4 IL-6 levels, serum ELISA. One-way Anova, Kruskal-Wallis Mann-Whitney tests analyze data. ResultsGroup (PA treatment) had lower (281.15 ± 43.14 pg/mL) than 2 (vehicle (388.89±135.88 pg/ml) (p=0.001). However, although levels 2, differences statistically not significant (p=0.096 p=0.479 respectively). ConclusionThere preparation. Therefore, may therapeutic potential

15 صفحه اولTopical anti-inflammatory potential of Physalin E from Physalis angulata on experimental dermatitis in mice.
The anti-inflammatory effect of physalin E, a seco-steroid isolated from Physalis angulata L. was evaluated on acute and chronic models of dermatitis induced by 12-O-tetradecanoyl-phorbol-13-acetate (TPA) and oxazolone, respectively, in mouse ear. The changes in ear edema/thickness, production of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-alpha and IFN-gamma), myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, and histologi...

Introduction: Multiple sclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease of central nervous system. The etiology of MS is slightly known, but genetic and environmental factors are reported. Vitamin D regulates gene expression and affects target cell functions. The aim of this study was to investigate the expression variation of IL-2 and IL-4 genes under vitamin D supplementation in patients with mult...
